CLEMSON UNIVERSITY SPORTS

The Clemson university sports program provides modern training skills and facilities and has a well developed athlete-student program.

The Clemson Soccer team - the Tigers - is ranked in the national top 25 teams.

CLEMSON TIGERS is the official title of the athletic department of the university founded in 1889.

Vickery Hall Student-Athlete Enrichment Program provides the student-athletes with support and guidance throughout their stay with the university. Provides a special computer lab, scholarships, awards, and other supporting functions for the athlete-students.

CLEMSON SPORTS FACILITIES: The following stadiums and facilities are available for the athletics team:

The Jervey Athletic Center: Use for inter-collegiate athletic programs. It houses all the staff and coaches of the 19 sports. Also houses training facilities like gyms, and maintains the volleyball team.

Littlejohn Coliseum:
For basketball and cultural events.

Doug Kingsmore Stadium: For baseball.

Clemson Memorial Stadium: Also called the Death Valley. For soccer.

Riggs Field: For football.

Jervey gym: For volleyball.

Hoke A. Sloan Tennis Center: For tennis.

Rock Norman Complex: Track and field, with new indoor tracks.

McHugh Natatorium: For swimming.

Jervey Weight Room: For physical training.
